The work
- Lead customer discovery and executive workshops, develop AI adoption roadmaps and build business cases with account teams.
- Design solutions and own pilots and proofs of value, working with Applied AI colleagues on prototypes and production deployment.
- Track business-outcome KPIs and connect customer feedback to Mistral’s product and research teams.
Customer workflows and technical infrastructure. The role spans presales and postsales, linking business decisions to technical delivery with the Applied AI team.
What you bring
- At least two years in a strategic and technical client-facing role, plus a relevant scientific or engineering degree.
- AI/ML foundations and hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications; Python and JavaScript are named examples.
- Communication with senior executives and ability to structure ambiguous business problems.
- Sales qualification frameworks are a plus.
