The work

- Establish AI prioritization, deployment playbooks and feedback loops across incubator and product teams.
Company-wide AI transformation within RIB's engineering and construction software business; coordinate technical and business contributors.
What you bring
- Required: 8–15+ years in consulting, product management or operational leadership, with a top-tier consulting or transformation background; named firms are examples.
- Required: complex cross-functional delivery with measurable results; AI, automation or digital transformation experience.
- Required: problem framing, value quantification, executive influence and ability to structure ambiguous work.
- Required: practical AI/LLM/agent understanding close to implementation; hands-on experience is explicitly not required.
- Desired: scaling AI products/programmes, adoption and culture change, SaaS/product-led growth and strong English communication; Danish is a plus.
