The work
- Own AI client deliveries from strategic discussions to working systems in production.
- Translate objectives into workstreams, priorities, success metrics and acceptance criteria.
- Plan scope, staffing, timelines and dependencies across business, technology, security, data and operations.
- Work with AI engineers to make solutions technically realistic and measurable.
- Own senior client relationships and challenge initial requests when the underlying problem requires another approach.
- Keep client staff involved so knowledge and ownership remain after delivery.
- Help develop TokenTek’s delivery model and coordinate education, coaching and knowledge sharing.
Client AI delivery and transformation leadership at TokenTek. The role owns delivery commitments and production outcomes while working with AI engineers. Production coding is explicitly not expected; technical architecture and integration discussions are required. Direct line management is not established.
What you bring
- Required: at least five years leading complex technology or transformation deliveries; consulting background preferred.
- Required: a track record taking unclear initiatives to measurable production results.
- Required: senior client relationship, resource planning and delivery commitment experience.
- Required: ability to challenge executive stakeholders and resolve conflicting priorities.
- Required: strong software/data understanding, including architecture, integrations, security, quality and technical trade-offs; production coding is not expected.
- Required: clear communication with non-technical people.
