The work
- Build and lead Metso's AI platform and governance team.
- Define AI architecture and approved patterns for models, agents, data access and integrations.
- Develop reusable AI platform capabilities and production-readiness controls.
- Coordinate Responsible AI governance with Legal, cybersecurity and privacy.
- Shape the AI technology roadmap and connect platform direction to delivery and adoption.

- Required: architecture judgement across models, agents, integrations, data and security.
- Required: platform engineering, deployment automation and integration tooling.

- Required: evaluation, observability, access control and cost-monitoring practices.
- Preferred: global industrial AI foundations and Responsible AI frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001.
