The work
- Build internal agents, tools and platforms and own architecture, production reliability and actual use.
- Design knowledge architecture, access and permissions, evaluation, monitoring and risk-based guardrails.
- Work directly with internal users, including teams outside engineering, and determine what to build next.
AI Enablement owns internal products including the Leya knowledge agent in Slack, an agent-readable knowledge base, the Leyf internal-app platform and a Skills Hub. This role owns delivery and infrastructure, rather than only staff training.
What you bring
- Required: strong production engineering fundamentals and depth in LLM systems, agents, retrieval, evaluation and tool use.
