The work

- Establish forward-deployed engineering close to business owners and users.
- Own delivery of AI solutions across enterprise transformation, Business Growth and central functions.
- Set standards for code quality, testing, evaluation, security and reliable releases.
- Develop talent and build internal capability through mentoring and partner knowledge transfer.
