The work
- Define and execute the company AI vision and roadmap and build scalable AI accelerators and offerings.
- Own end-to-end AI architecture, solution design, security, compliance and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Develop and deliver client use cases tied to conversion, retention, revenue and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, lead and mentor AI, data-science and ML talent and raise AI literacy across the business.
- Advise senior clients and quantify ROI and business outcomes.
What you bring
- Required: proven AI, machine-learning or data-transformation experience linked to business KPIs.
- Required: deep knowledge of ML, deep learning, GenAI, LLMs and real-world AI deployment.
- Required: enterprise architecture, scalable systems, executive communication and cross-functional leadership.
