The work
- Own customer portfolio success and build account-leadership working methods.
- Translate enterprise ambitions into executable partnership scope with senior sponsors.
- Lead multidisciplinary customer deployments, controlling timeline, value hypothesis, sequencing and resourcing.
- Link technical decisions with business outcomes and identify further customer workstreams.
- Feed deployment lessons into QuTwo OS and reusable delivery playbooks.
Cross-disciplinary Deployment function within Business Development, coordinating customer, product and R&D teams through multi-quarter enterprise design partnerships. Commercial expansion is included alongside owned delivery.
What you bring
- Required: end-to-end complex enterprise engagement leadership and an AI/ML background.
- Required: technical fluency sufficient to discuss research and architecture; production coding is explicitly not expected.
- Required: C-suite/C-1 relationship management, handling ambiguity/scope changes and strong written communication.
- Ideally: regulated-industry engagement experience.
- Advantageous: quantum/optimization/simulation/hybrid AI exposure and P&L or practice leadership.
- Illustrative backgrounds, not universal requirements: engagement leader, FDE/strategist/architect, deep-tech founder or senior corporate practitioner.
