Lead AI Architect - Build PA's AI Capability
Set PA Consulting's technical direction for enterprise AI and build reusable architectures, components and standards. Architect, code and deploy agentic and knowledge-driven systems into regulated client environments. The work
- Own the technical vision, reference architectures, reusable patterns and standards for PA's AI capability.
- Design and build enterprise AI systems covering data integration, retrieval, orchestration, agentic workflows, security and operations.
- Prototype, write and review code and take solutions from proof of concept to secure production systems.
- Design multi-agent and human-in-the-loop workflows with evaluation, observability, guardrails and cost control.
- Advise senior client leaders and mentor engineers, data scientists and consultants.
What you bring
- Required: extensive hands-on enterprise AI, data or software architecture and delivery experience.
- Required: practical LLM, RAG, knowledge-graph, agentic, LLMOps or MLOps expertise.
- Required: Azure, AWS or GCP; modern data platforms; and Python or TypeScript engineering.
More requirements and experience (3)
- Required: enterprise architecture, integration, identity, security, responsible AI, EU AI Act and GDPR.
- Required: fluent English and Danish.
- Preferred: consulting, regulated-sector and technical-team or community leadership experience.
