What you bring
- Required: at least a Master’s degree in computer science or a related field and a strong AI background.
- Required: hands-on end-to-end AI delivery from ingestion/model development to deployment, monitoring and production scaling.
- Required: strong machine-learning fundamentals, data structures and algorithms.
- Required: advanced Python for AI/backend development.
- Required: deep Databricks/PySpark, data pipeline and Unity Catalog experience.
- Required: Azure architecture, resource provisioning, security, networking and operations.
- Required: production Azure deployment/scaling with Azure DevOps and Git-based CI/CD.
- Required: fluent Finnish OR Swedish, AND English, spoken and written.
- Required: 6+ years in a similar hands-on AI product-development role.
- Preferred: manufacturing supply-chain experience.
