The work
- Own production auction models for lot value, categorisation, enrichment and document validation; develop new models from data analysis through training and evaluation.
- Deploy container APIs on Azure Kubernetes Service, integrate with backend engineers and monitor business metrics and model drift.
- Build and monitor production AI agents using documented tools including LangGraph, RAG, MLflow and FastAPI.
- Work with Lund product squads and TBAuctions ML/data engineers in the Netherlands; translate business questions into reproducible modelling decisions.

What you bring
- Several years building and deploying ML models; data-science foundations in statistics, feature engineering and model selection.
- Strong Python; tools such as scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, MLflow and PySpark.
- Containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD and model APIs.
- Relevant academic background or equivalent experience.
- Fluent spoken/written English; Swedish or a genuine willingness to learn it.
- Meriting experience includes Databricks, Airflow, dbt, Power BI, recommenders, pricing/forecasting and real-time ML; these are not all mandatory.
