The work
- Lead daily work and quality across standard and client-specific AI workflows.
- Set the workflow offering's direction from recurring M&A client needs.
- Develop the team of seven analysts, most currently part-time.
- Organize client co-development and workshops in a forward-deployed model.
- Coordinate workflow delivery with Product and Commercial.
Reports to co-founders and owns team performance, growth and direction. Workflows support M&A analysis and deliverables in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint; the role does not specify production coding.
What you bring
- Required: at least two years in investment banking, consulting, private equity or a comparable analytical role, plus M&A/private equity understanding.
- Required: analyst/workstream/project leadership, senior client engagement and workshop facilitation.
- Required: advanced Excel/PowerPoint and extensive practical AI-tool experience; process design and prioritization.
- Required: excellent written/spoken English and a relevant university degree.
- Advantageous: Finnish.
