At a glance
Own ALK's company-wide AI adoption programme and turn business use cases into practical learning and sustained use. Connect employees with IT delivery teams, support enterprise pilots and evaluate adoption outcomes. The role combines programme ownership, workshops, AI Champions and usage analysis rather than engineering delivery. Fluent English and at least ten years of relevant change, adoption and training experience are required.
The work
- Own the continuous company-wide AI adoption programme and its training calendar, tailored upskilling and engagement activities.
- Map business use cases into practical AI learning and adoption activities, and coordinate a network of AI Champions.
- Align business demand with IT delivery, translate technical concepts and triage common non-technical issues.
- Support enterprise AI pilots through onboarding, enablement, user feedback and value evaluation.
- Participate in solution and roadmap discussions with programmers, architects, data and platform specialists, representing end-user needs and usability.
- Define adoption and satisfaction measures, report impact to leadership and improve the programme using feedback and business priorities.
The programme builds on earlier company-wide GenAI training and more tailored work with ALK's AI solutions. The role owns sustained adoption across business areas and works between business users and IT; building or configuring AI solutions is explicitly outside its engineering remit.
