Own the Sportsbook Data & AI vision and roadmap, lead product managers and owners, and drive delivery and adoption of AI capabilities. The work
- Own the Sportsbook Data & AI vision, roadmap and prioritisation; qualify use cases and ensure product teams deliver improvements.
- Lead product managers and product owners; build AI capabilities with internal teams and third-party products for customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and practices in Sportsbook Product and coordinate with other teams outside Sportsbook.
AI product and delivery leadership in Sportsbook; accountable for team outcomes and adoption rather than a stated hands-on engineering remit.
What you bring
- Strong Sportsbook and iGaming domain experience.
- Extensive data-domain experience and understanding of machine learning, data science and model-development practices; command of the AI tooling landscape.
- Prior people management of product owners/managers in the data domain.
- MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or a similar subject.
