- Lead AI-first delivery and adoption in enterprise and financial-sector client environments.
- Design operating models combining people, agents and automation; move teams from experiments to sustained delivery practices.
- Set ownership, review, evidence and measurable speed/quality controls, and scale the model across teams.
Client-facing technology leadership creating a new AI-first delivery capability with software, architecture, DevOps, quality and AI specialists.
What you bring
- Required: leadership of demanding technology/software/consulting/transformation work and multidisciplinary client teams.
- Required: implemented operating-model/delivery/governance change, metrics, modern software development and DevOps.
- Required: practical GenAI experience and understanding of AI-assisted/agentic workflows; regulated or security-critical environments.
- Required: fluent Finnish and English, facilitation, communication and prioritization.
- Preferred: Copilot/Azure AI or similar tools; engineering productivity or outcome-based delivery.
