The work

• Discover customer processes, data and systems; identify a worthwhile problem and turn unclear business needs into a scoped solution, delivery plan and estimate.
• Build production-quality AI applications and integrations from prototype to robust systems with testing and evaluation.
• Deploy into customer environments, including integration, security and access, and own progress, risks and delivery decisions.
• Work with real users on adoption, training and iteration; document and hand over operations and knowledge so customers can maintain and develop the solution.

syv.ai is a Copenhagen AI company building AI solutions and products for Danish businesses and public organisations. The role combines hands-on software engineering and direct customer delivery in a small technical team, with influence over delivery practices and contact with decision-makers.

What you bring

• Several years as a software developer with production code; Python and/or TypeScript sufficient to build backend services, APIs and integrations independently.
• Hands-on LLM work such as RAG, agents, tool use or evaluation; databases, Git, Docker, cloud deployment and integrations with existing business systems.
• Customer communication, business understanding, scoping and expectation management; ownership from initial meeting through handover.
• Fluent Danish and good English, written and spoken; willingness to work at customer sites part of the week.
• Preferred: enterprise Azure/AWS/GCP, Next.js/React, Pydantic AI/LangGraph, agentic coding tools, GDPR/information security/public-sector experience, and consulting/startup/customer-facing delivery.
